Network Spinal Analysis

To me, Network Spinal Analysis is the most advanced bodywork there is, period.

 During my first Network Adjustment (aka Entrainment) I suddenly had an irresistible urge to clench my muscles and stretch.  That stretch turned into a wave motion of my body. Over the next few weeks I dissipated years of tension out of my body, built up ever since a serious spinal sprain when I was seven years old. It was wonderful feeling of cool release where I was used to hot tightness. The fact that it continued to progress on it’s own was a revelation.  The chronic back pain I had endured since the age of nine was working its way out of my bodymind.

A client of mine said recently: “It is sooo nice to self-correct!”, and I couldn’t agree more. There is a real feeling of empowerment when you feel your body get better and release tension on it’s own, rather than being dependent on another person for your healing. I want all of my clients to have this experience!
